Welcome to the Wealth Game Alliance Membership offered to you by Wealth Game, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions of your membership. By becoming a member, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth below:

Membership Scope

The Wealth Game Alliance Membership provides tax advice, education and consulting services related to the Wealth Game Alliance. Please note that:

1. We include answering individual questions within a group format. We provide responses and recommendations, but we cannot guarantee specific results.
2. We include various training videos, courses, templates and other resources to support you on your wealth building journey. 

Deliverables

The deliverables provided as part of your membership are for your internal use only. You agree not to distribute them externally to third parties or use them for any other purpose without our express written permission. You are responsible for indemnifying and holding us harmless from any claims arising from unauthorized third-party use of our services.

Tax Advice Basis

Our tax advice is based on tax reference materials, facts, assumptions, and representations, which may change over time. We do our best to stay current on federal tax laws and policies but we are not responsible for any outdated information on previous recordings. We recommend you meet with a Certified Public Accountant to review how changes affect you personally.  

While we exercise due care in our services, it is your responsibility to safeguard your assets.

Arguable Positions

We will use our judgment to resolve tax questions in your favor when the law is unclear and has substantial authority. If there are conflicting interpretations, we will explain possible positions but will follow the one you select, provided it aligns with our understanding of tax reference materials. If authorities contest the position, you may incur additional tax, penalties, and interest, for which we assume no liability.

Ultimate Responsibility

You have the final responsibility for the accuracy and implementation of the strategies discussed in our services. Carefully review and examine deliverables for accuracy and completeness.

You are responsible for all tax, penalties, and interest charges imposed by tax authorities for non-compliance with tax laws and regulations.

Cancellations & Refunds

Your membership becomes effective immediately upon purchase and is structured for recurring payments, either on a monthly or annual basis, as you selected during the signup process. The agreed-upon membership fee remains fixed for the duration of your membership.

While you have the option to cancel at any time, your access will remain active until the conclusion of the billing cycle corresponding to your initial purchase. It is important to note that no refunds will be provided upon cancellation.

1. Notifying us by email.  
2. Managing your account when you login to the website.
